Being almost "Zero" in cholesterol, makes this one of the healthiest meat in the world.    Is Crocodile Meat Tough?  It depends on the species, the harvesting age, and the cooking method. The meat from the farm is from 5 years old Crocodylus Porosus or Salt Water Crocodile its texture and taste is cross between chicken and pork. Common cooking method of stir-frying, where the meat is first dredged in hot-oil should avoided when using of crocodile meat. The meat just be stir-fried directly and when the edge starts to curl, the meat is cooked.    Is there a Fishy Smell or Fishy Taste?  Not from the crocodile meat that originated from our farm. From our years of research, we had discovered that the feed and the living environment greatly affect the quality of the meat. As such, we had ensured that our crocodiles are fed the freshest chicken parts that are collected from the various abattoirs in Singapore. We ensured the crocodiles live in clean and healthy environment, by the constant change of water and pen's cleaning.     Another factor is work ethics of kitchen staff in the eateries.
